In case anyone is interested (and for my 'record keeping', LOL), the Dr. office called later in the day on Monday to tell me the culture of the pus showed I have a 'staph' infection. Well, DUH! And to please take the full course of antibiotics. Which I am, of course, doing.
ReplyDeleteOn Tusday, I was able to see my chiropractor and he adjusted my contorted body and agreed that it is time to go back to walking normally.
It no longer hurts to walk normally and I have switched to a bandage that 'breathes' while still keeping my wound free of debris.
I even went out and mowed the backyard today... no problems. The saga is slowly coming to a close.
